The Ballerina


The idea was to recreate a little girl musical box. The cake sold with an electric turntable, which allowed the cake to turn. On the side of the cake, I added a key made in chocolate to give the illusion of a mechanism. The ballerina was made in milk chocolate. The model was 3D printed and we create the silicone mold accordingly. The illusion was perfect and very charming.

This cake wins the second prize at the apple daily cake competition, in the creative cake category.


The Swan


The particularity of this cake, is the hand piping on top of the heart shape mold. The challenge was to give the illusion of the swan feathers. All the components (head, neck, wings and tail, are made with white chocolate.

The handbag


This cake has a special meaning to me. It has been created for Mother’s Day cake collection back in 2016, and won the first price in Chocolate cake category at the apple daily cake competition.

It was my first creation in Grand Hyatt Taipei which break the record of cakes selling in the hotel.
