UBS catering
Created for a very special event in January 2019
I have designed this story of “Ombres Chinoises”, shadows art for The art event organized by UBS bank during 4 days in Taipei, for around 800 pax.
The whole plate was about the story in Taiwan and was very well acclaimed by the host and the guests.
Outside Catering (for Fashion brands)
Creating canapes (one bite size dessert), following a theme, colors code, brand image.
From food tasting to final presentation, I am in charge of doing creative desserts development and production.
